Panca Putra team really helped us to grow our IT. We've tried using a different vendor because IT is not our strong side. There is excellent support and their technical support team walks you through the initial system setup until our system go-live. Their logistics team also delivering our orders on-time so we can keep our project schedules on track.

My biggest win from Panca Putra was their deep understanding on how to create a best custom spec server that is tailored for our business. They also provide the much-needed server's accessories such as rack and power backup system. It almost completes solutions under one roof so we don't need to find other solutions elsewhere. Fantastic!
